Training course: Argentine tango as a model of effective dialogue In September the British Embassy and the British Council decided to hold special training course for members of the British Alumni Club (www.bclub.ru). Exclusive training course "Argentine tango as a model of effective dialogue" by highly skilled trainer Valeriya Ustinova was chosen as the best option. This particular course encouraged to look more deeply at person's current communication style and the impact that it had on the people around them, gave participants ability to cope with internal psychological problems and overcame stereotypes hidden in emotional and physical memory, helped to develop skills needed for efficient communication. Due to Valeriya Ustinova's unique range of proven coaching techniques participants learned how their attention could be transformed while talking to another person, rules of perception, "Djokhari window" of perception, emotional IQ, important rules of self presentation. Learning main steps of argentine tango was one of the most exciting parts of the training course. Participants were amazed by a beautiful dance performed by professional dancers from "La Milonga" and appreciated a lot possibility of learning new dancing steps. Valeriya Ustinova in this training course used main techniques of sociodrama based on a way of simulating what happens in life in order to explore social issues, develop greater understanding between groups and individuals, solve and make decisions, experiment and try out new options, rehearse new roles and strategies and predict outcomes.
